What Drawing tablet do you use?

I currently use a Huion Kamvas Pro 16! I love being able to draw on the screen!

What drawing program do you use?

I use Clip Studio Paint, I used to use Paint Tool Sai but I found it limiting. I found the move easy cause years ago I used to draw on photoshop so I found similarities.

i like you, can we be friends?

I understand that I may be a person of support and a streamer that is here to provide entertainment. But it unrealistic for me to have individual close / personal relationships with my viewers. Even though I may role-play and state things in my content that may entice some. I stream to have a comfy place and to make peoples day brighter, I'm not looking for personal friends or relationships. If you do not respect my boundaries you will be told. Further action such as bans or being in contact with police will be done if needed. (ie. online harassment & stalking.)

Rights and UsageArtwork Rights: All artwork and models created are for personal use only, including but not limited to streaming. Commercial use (e.g., resale, merchandise, or distribution for profit) is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained. For commercial use, please contact me directly to discuss appropriate licensing terms.Artist’s General Rights: As the artist, I retain full rights to my work. I reserve the right to post and use the artwork for promotional purposes, including showcasing the model in my art portfolio, and to showcase rigged versions and expressions of the model with proper credit. If you wish for your commission to remain confidential until a specified release date, an additional confidentiality fee (equal to 100% of the quoted price) will be applied. This fee compensates for any disruption to the artist’s streaming schedule and income that may arise from withholding the artwork or project from public exposure.3. Payment Terms
● Accepted Payment Method: PayPal (USD).
● Full Payment: Full payment is required upfront before any work begins, including the first draft of the concept.
● Booking Fee: A non-refundable 20% booking fee is required to secure your commission. The remaining 80% must be paid before work begins.
● No Refunds: Once payment is made, refunds will not be issued. In exceptional cases where I am unable to complete the commission, I may consider a refund at my discretion.4. Artwork Delivery
Completed commissions will be delivered via email or google drive in the following formats:
● Illustrations: PNG
● Live2D Models: PSD
Additional charges may apply for PSD files or if the character design or references provided are particularly complex.5. Revisions
● Sketch Phase: Revisions are allowed and included in the original quote. After the sketch phase, significant changes may incur additional charges.
● Minor Revisions: Minor revisions, such as color adjustments or small changes to expressions, are included. However, substantial modifications will incur additional fees.6. Content Restrictions
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that involves content deemed discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:
● Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination.
● Violence or Harmful Imagery: Depictions of violence, abuse, or any imagery that may be considered harmful, disturbing, or traumatic.
Additionally, commissions involving cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI-generated content will not be accepted.7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Non-Refundable Booking Fee
A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your commission. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as Force Majeure, termination, or cancellation, at the sole discretion of the service provider.Chargebacks
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated, all rights to the artwork will be immediately revoked. Furthermore, legal action may be taken to recover any losses incurred as a result of the chargeback.8. Modification & Redistribution
You are not permitted to alter, modify, or edit the artwork without my explicit consent.
Color Edits: Minor color adjustments to the illustration are allowed only within VTube Studio, provided these changes are non-permanent.
Reselling & Redistribution: Reselling, redistributing, or using the artwork or model in any way for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written approval.
You may not:
● Change, modify, or edit the artwork without my permission.
● Reproduce or sell the artwork without my permission.
● Use my art as a base for any creation, including tracing or modifying the artwork.
● Claim the artwork as your own or attribute it to anyone other than myself.9. Commission Process
1. Submit Your Request: Complete the commission inquiry form.
2. Initial Contact: I will reach out to clarify the details and specifications of your commission.
3. Quotation: You will receive a detailed quote based on your request.
4. Booking Fee: A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your commission.
5. Waitlist: Once booked, your commission will be placed in the queue, which you can track via Trello (access will be provided).
6. Payment: When your commission reaches the front of the queue, the remaining balance is due before work begins.
7. Sketch Approval: A draft sketch will be provided for feedback and approval.
8. Revisions: You are entitled to up to three minor revisions during the sketch phase. If additional revisions may incur extra charges.
9. Line Art & Coloring: Once the sketch is approved, line art and coloring will begin, with progress updates provided.
10. Finalization & Delivery: Upon completion, the final artwork will be delivered to your provided email.Estimated Completion Timeline
● Commissions typically require 1.5 to 3 months for completion, depending on complexity and workload.
● Clients are welcome to request updates at any time, and I will provide updates at significant stages of progress.
● Delays: If there are delays beyond the agreed-upon timeline, I will communicate any changes promptly.
● After the commission is completed and delivered, the artist will hold onto the files for 3 months, if the client loses the file after that period the artist is not liable for loss of content.Deadline & Completion Timeline
While a target completion date may be provided, it is not a guaranteed deadline. Refunds will only be considered if the project exceeds five months without significant progress. In the event of delays, I will collaborate with the client to reach a mutual agreement regarding the timeline.
Clients are welcome to request a deadline, but it must be reasonable. Please note that I cannot dedicate full-time hours to your commission.
If you require your commission to be completed sooner and wish to prioritize it, an additional fee will apply, which must be paid upfront.10. Commission Types & Expected References
The client is responsible for providing accurate, detailed references and feedback. If incomplete or unclear references are provided, the artist reserves the right to use their creative judgment and charge additional fees for substantial revisions once the work has begun.● References must be clear and full in color.
● Complex design fee may occur for designs that are complex and have a lot of detail and/or
require many layers.
● Clients must provide a detailed reference document, including:
○ Character name
○ Brief lore (optional)
○ Personality description
○ Appearance details (species, group, age, etc.)
○ Preferred color palette (HEX codes for colour palette is desired)
○ Body type/shape
○ Hair type and color
○ Facial expression and appearance
○ Outfit and accessory inspiration
○ Five (5) expressions to include11. Limitation of Liability
The artist is not liable for any legal or financial issues arising from the client's use of the artwork in commercial projects, including but not limited to violations of intellectual property rights, licensing disputes, or issues with third parties. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the artwork complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, etc.), including those related to attire and community standards.12. Termination and Cancellations
Either party may cancel the commission at any time. However, if the client and/or artist cancels after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at the artist’s discretion. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the proportion of the work completed at the time of cancellation.
● Client-Initiated Cancellations: If the client cancels after work has begun, the client may be liable for payment for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
● Artist-Initiated Cancellations: The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any stage. In such cases, the artist will provide a partial or full refund based on the work completed.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email or other agreed-upon communication channels) and will be effective from the date of receipt.13. Force Majeure
The artist shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery of the commission due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technical difficulties. In such cases, the artist will notify the client as soon as possible and work to establish a new timeline.14. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an order and making a payment, the client agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service outlined in this document. Any disputes will be handled according to the guidelines and processes set forth in this agreement.15. Equipment & Additional Information
